Chalk Walk
We recently went to the Knoxville Dogwood Festival’s Chalk Walk. Local citizens or groups can sign up to decorate a square of the sidewalk in Market Square and prizes are given for various categories. We’d never been to it, but really enjoyed seeing the creativity and bright colors. It was a gorgeous spring day too!
