Snow, Snow, Snow!!!

We aren't accustomed to getting much snow in our city...when we lived an hour south, we saw more snow than we do here. However, this year has been different. Our first snow came on December 12 (before winter even officially started), then it snowed on Christmas Day (for the first time in many years), and we've already had snow twice in January. These pictures are from our most recent snow. We got about 4" at our house, but some areas got up to 7". My work actually closed on the first day of the snow (for the first time in 17 years)!

After a few minutes, I took Joshua inside where he was very content watching out the front door.

Jenna and Daddy went sledding...first down our street then down a big hill in our subdivision. They started out together, but by the end, Jenna was doing it on her own.





Later in the day, we tried taking Joshua back out; he was a little more agreeable this time, but still didn't want to stay out long. Wait until next year though!
