On Thanksgiving Day, Joshua turned 8 months old. On his big day, we took his measurements:
- Length: 29.75" long
- Weight: 21 lb, 9 oz
He's changing everyday, and we're just trying to enjoy each step as they come. In the past week, he's almost gotten his top front tooth, began eating cheerios, almost crawled, clapped his hands, and pulled up. What a big boy he's becoming!
This was taken right before we lowered his crib. He was so proud of himself--and so confused when he finished his bath and he could no longer reach the top of the rail like he could a few minutes before!
Here he is with the lowered crib. He now figures he'll just pull up from the outside of the crib!
He's trying hard...
He loves to dump out all his toys. And he's strong too--this basket isn't exactly light!
"Are you watching what I'm doing, Mommy?"
This is how he maneuvers from laying down to sitting up...
Such a handsome boy...even if his mommy didn't put his pants back on after his last diaper change!
