Then we took the fam to the mountains on Monday and hiked to Laurel Falls and did Cades Cove twice. We definitely weren't the only ones who had the idea to go to the mountains, but we had fun nevertheless.
Joshua enjoyed a ride with Randy on the way up and did great.
I carried him on the way down, and he slept pretty much the whole way.
Jenna found many photo opportunities...
She enjoyed soaking her feet in the cold water...
And of course, Joshua had to try it too...

She wore herself out on the way up and slept on Daddy half the way down.
Overall, it was a great first hike as a family of four!
We then headed to Cades Cove, where we saw more bear, wild turkeys, several deer, horses, and a mule.
